These are ICON Safety Co., Inc.'s (“ICON”, "ICON Safety", “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the ICON Safety website.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will ensure that we are both aware that a return is coming, and that credit needs to be issued. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting ICON Safety's Customer Service 562-809-3066.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from ICON Safety.
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
Respirators and Dust Masks - We regret we are unable to accept respirator or dust mask returns as we have no way to tell if they hve been used or exposed to hazardous contaminants.
Calibration Gases - We are unable to accept gas returns due to manufacturers' policies and associated HazMat fees. Due to the nature of this product, along with the Hazardous Material shipping restrictions imposed by all of the major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc…), Gas Cylinders purchased at ICON Safety are Non-Returnable and all sales of these products are considered final. In addition, these same carriers prohibit ICON Safety from issuing a call tag for the pick-up of any gas cylinder (empty, partially full, completely full and /or new).
Activated Maintenance Free Gas Monitors- If the monitors have been activated and is in working order, we are unable to accept as a return. If the monitor has not been activated a refund will be warranted.
Standard Return Policy

Restocking Fee: Yes, depending on the product, and the manufacturer's policies, there may be a restocking charge applied. These are in the range of 15-30%. Please note thaht we only charge a restocking fee when we are charged one ourselves.
Return the item(s) in original as shipped condition will, in general, be accepted for credit. Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.
Damaged / Defective Products - Please contact Customer Service as soon as is practical. We are available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm PST. If the problem is damage in transit, please retain packaging, as UPS may want to examine. Arrangements for return or refund will be made based on the circumstances.

ICON Safety does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through ICON Safety are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
ICON Safety warehouses the majority of the items listed on this site. We package and ship via UPS, ICON prefers UPS for the more robust tracking ability.
UPS rates are calculated in real time based on your location and service option.
We make every effort to ship your items same business day for items we have in stock. Products which we do not currently have in stock in our warehouse will have a clearly stated availability time. The availability times are needed to process the order and time for the manufacturer to ship the item. Availability times are an estimated time frame until your products can ship.
Shipping Delays - Occasionally UPS does not deliver packages in their stated service time window. Most often this is due to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or because they experienced technical difficulties. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot reimburse you due to delays caused by our carriers.

As many of the part numbers are similar, please double check item/part number with the manufacturer and/or your user manual.
