Standard Return Policy
Return the item(s) in original as shipped condition will, in general, be accepted for credit. Please package returns appropiately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.
Damaged / Defective Products - Please contact Customer Service as soon as is practical. We are available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm PST. If the problem is damage in transit, please retain packaging, as UPS may want to examine. Arrangements for return or refund will be made based on the circumstances.
Manufacturer's Warranties
ICON Safety does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through ICON Safety are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy. Shipping PolicyICON Safety warehouses the majority of the items listed on this site. We package and ship via UPS, ICON prefers UPS for the more robust tracking ability.

Shipping Delays - Occasionally UPS does not deliver packages in their stated service time window. Most often this is due to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or because they experienced technical difficulties.
