The MiniBump is the smallest, most lightweight and adaptive calibration gas source on the market. It is our lowest entry cost product as well as our simplest to use. It is certified to be intrinsically safe for operation on potentially explosive atmospheres. The MiniBump operates with interchangeable generating sources providing either fixed concentration output for calibration, or ‘bump’ output to drive your detector into alarm for operational verification.
Available in hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, hydrogen and hydrogen cyanide. The complete device fits into your shirt pocket and provides the equivalent of five 58 liter cylinders of gas with each generating source.
Intrinsically Safe
The Advanced Calibration Designs MiniBump is approved INTRINSICALLY SAFE by CSA NRTL/C Exia T-6. The Cal 2000 is CSA, ATEX and CE certified.
Cost Effective
The MiniBump cal gas generator uses only two "AA" alkaline batteries and easily fits inside your shirt pocket. Best of all, the MiniBump gas generator is extremely cost effective! The field replaceable electrochemical generating cell costs about as much as a disposable cylinder, but provides up to 1000 tests with no shelf life.

All MiniBump units are Certified for use in Intrinsically Safe Areas and is shipped with a rubber calibration cup, an instruction manual, and 2 AA alkaline batteries.
A Cl2, H2, H2S or HCN source must be used for the MiniBump to work properly.
** For use as a calibration source, please specify PPM range. If range is specified for Bump source, range will be ignored.
