Advanced Calibration Designs QCV (Quick Check Vials)


ACD's Quick Check Vial (QCV) are sealed vials containing a small amount of the target gas/chemical to be tested in an inner glass ampoule. For use the QCV is firmly squeezed to break the inner ampoule before it is inserted into the instrument. The QCV itself contains such a small amount of chemical it is non-hazardous for shipping, storage and disposal. Since the vials are sealed they have a very long shelf life compared to many other bump test methods.

The QCV vials are packaged in quantities of 12 and are used with the QC-50, QC-100, and GENie QC-1 instruments.
