Received packaged securely, installed without any problems. Worked like a charm. One tip I learned from speaking with the technician with this company. After installation of any sensor, let the monitor "burn in" the sensor for about 30 minutes, in other words, install the sensor and turn the monitor on for 30 minutes if it goes into alarm let it. Then calibrate the monitor. The sensor will be more stable doing this routine.
