Workrite Sizing Information: FR Coveralls

A correct fit is important in ensuring proper protection for your crew! Workrite has uses a unique approach to sizing their flame resistant coveralls. You should use both your chest size and inseam length when measuring. Below is a guide to follow when ordering Workrite Coveralls.

XL 48"
2XL 52"
3XL 56"

Notes for a successful fit in the chest area:

  • Take your chest measurement around the fullest part of the chest with arms down: just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
  • Take your chest measurement while wearing the outfit that you would wear when donning coveralls. If you will wear a sweatshirt beneath your FR coveralls, be sure to measure your chest while wearing it. Be sure to consider what clothes will be worn in the coldest of climates.
  • If your waist, mid-section or hip area is larger than your chest, measure at your widest point to ensure a proper fit. If your chest measures at 36", but your mid-section measures at 42", be sure to order the larger size.
  • For a roomier coverall fit, order coveralls 1 size (2") larger than your chest measurement.

5'5" - 5'7" SHORT
5'8"-5'11" REGULAR
6'0"-6'3" LONG

Notes for a successful fit in the garment length:

  • Workrite recommends taking a pair of pants that fit well and measuring from the crotch to the bottom of the pant leg. This will give you your exact inseam.
  • The lengths for Workrite FR coveralls are determined by your height. See chart above.
  • If you are not sure if you are 5'11" or 6'0", order longer. It is much easier to "hem" or shorten any garment than to make it longer. Often times lengthening a garment requires the addition of fabric

5 of 5 Workrite FR coveralls - Perfection December 4, 2019
Reviewer: Jose Alvaro Hernandez from HOUSTON, TX United States
I purchased a pair of the ultrasoft Workrite coveralls in Navy Blue and upon receiving them realized that they were too small, my fault, not the distributor, so upon contacting customer service, they immediately sent me a return shipping label and I received the correct sized ones within 2 days, outstanding customer service for an outstanding product. The coveralls fit perfectly, they suit the applications required of them, and I would definitely go to ICON again for any other equipment/apparel needs.
